What happened
Employee went to kneel down at a meter to turn it on and slightly missed his kneel pad. When his knee slidoff it might have hit a rock or hard object and h felt pain in my right knee. The pain was tolerable at first but got worse throughout the night to the point where he could not put any weight on that knee as it swelled up.
