Reaching Awkward spot to work to access meter using pipe wrenches to loosen swivel on a meter

Employee was changing out a meter and non IR bar regulator for a pcc. There was a pickup parked close to swivel he felt a strain in my right shoulder. He finished the job and on the next pcc he began to feel the meter making it a tight and awkward spot to work. while using pipe wrenches to loosen the riser swivel I felt a strain in my right shoulder. I finished the job and on the next pcc I began to feel tightness and pain in my right shoulder while using pipe wrenches
