What happened
As employee was placing his cone and preparing to put on PPE he told the customer what the scope of the work was. The customer didnt speak much English but dog did licked his hand and was friendly. Next the customer started to take the dog away and showed me keep repeating good dog. He let the dog sniff my hand from the other side of the fence and the dog licked his hand and was friendly. Next the customer started to take the dog away and showed him which gate to enter. Once he geared up he went through that gate and the dog rushed up to him again. He stayed calm and just tried to let the dog sniff hm. It then started to bark then bit his wrist then as he pulled back it bit his hand.
