What happened
Employee was carrying tool tray in right hand and meter in the other stepping on top & over tree debris from recent ice stormto meter site I stepped over a large tree branch & tripped on it then dropped all items an went forward. He broke the fall with his arms and hands. As he got up he just felt a little minor pain from my arms and a twinge in back
