Normal tube bending operations..

Back pain following standing up from picking a dropped tube off the ground. Back popped and right leg tingled. The tube was 3.5 tube and about 20 long. There is a small bulge on the right side of the spine. Was seen by the Quad Med nurse and given 440mg or [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. The nurse discussed stretching exercises to relieve the pain and tightness. Then he returned to work.
