What happened
Employee was working on a fitting 6-inch pipe 6 foot long with flanges on both sides. This was on a lathe end on one end of the pipe and a pipe stand on the other end. The pipe part fell on lathe side. The employee put another pipe stand on the back of their weld truck and then picked pipe fitting up to set it on the stand. After picking up the fitting they felt discomfort in their bicep and elbow.
