What happened
The employee climbed up into the back of the delivery truck to help the delivery driver train freight from the nose of the truck to the pallet in the rear of the truck trailer. The employee went to step over the pallet from a side angle and stepped out of the back of the truck and fell to the ground unfortunately hitting their head.
