[REDACTED] was leveling the top of a 3x3 pencil unit. He had his R foot on the fender holding arm rail with his right hand left foot on a board sticking out of the unit and his left hand fixing the top boards. As he pulled himself back on the forklift his R foot slipped off the fender his arm dragged down the unit hyperextending his L arm and hitting his tailbone when he fell to the ground.
