IW stated that freezer steps were not pulled out because the totes he needed were stacked at the door of the freezer. IW stated that he pulled totes from the top that were stacked 3 high while is feet were planted on the ground beside trailer. IW stated that none of the totes were extremely heavy but that he was reaching up pretty high. He says that he may have done some twisting that caused injury.
