Before the incident
Employee was preparing the press for a changeover.
What happened
During the preparation a water valve for one circuit was closed and this increased the pressure on another hose which caused a wear mark on the hose to spring a leak spraying hot water on the employees arm. It was found that the thermolater had not been turned down to cool the mold leaving hot water in the lines.
