Unknown particle fell from heights into TM 's right eye. Charleicia was depositing a pallet of product into Rack 63-52F level with her forklift. While looking up at the product she indicated she felt some debris fall into her eye. She stopped her lift and notified Shift Lead Jim Smith who was nearby. Jim proceeded to take her to the nearest eye wash station and reported to the first available Supervisor. Using the eyewash station she proceeded to wash and flush her eye for roughly 15 minutes wit
