What happened

On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] walked onto the warehouse floor limping. [REDACTED] Barry and I questioned him he said when he arrived at the facility he got out of his car and felt pain in his knee. I asked him if he had fallen in the parking lot and he said no. He was rolled into the FRT room using a wheelchair. He refused medical treatment and said that he could drive but couldn 't walk. The FRT wheelchaired him to his car and he left. He went to the doctor and called me asking for information to claim as works comp. I told him this was not a work-related issue and please follow up with your doctor. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and I asked him to walk me thru how he was injured and he changed his story. He said it was because he felt the pain in his knee on [REDACTED] while performing his job. He does not know how he injured his knee. He said �I am busy and tried to cover more than one area�.
