What happened
TM was removing banding from a destruction pallet when they walked into the wrapper cage and struck there shin on the platform of the wrapper. The leading edge of the platform had the metal plate curled up from being struck by the tips of a forklift. TM received a laceration approximately 1.5 inches long. First aid was administered on sit to clean and bandage the wound. TM was sent to Urgent Care to get the wound treated.
