Before the incident
TM Advised she was attempting to grab dunnage paper supply for her small pack station area. As she attempted to grab a stack of paper from the edge back of the pallet the paper got stuck thus causing a pain in her lower back. Nurse hotline was contacted where self care was currently recommended however Ms. [REDACTED] will advise if she would need further medical treatment after resting.
What happened
While attempting to retrieve paper dunnage from the supply area lower rack reached for the stack of paper at the edge of the pallet. As she bent over to grab the paper it became stuck. During her effort to pull it free she experienced a sudden pain in her lower back. Incident was reported to her superviso. FedEx Nurse hotline was originally contacted immediately where self-care was ice and Ibuprofen was recommended.
