What happened
TM bumped her left elbow yesterday against the sort upright beam below the Inoperative overhead conveyor belt. [REDACTED] was pulling a sort tray along the Inoperative conveyor roller section. The tray weighed approximately 15 pounds The elbow injury is attributed to manual movement of trays for approximately 100 feet of Gravity roller sections. There was not any cut or abrasion. [REDACTED] TM is feeling soreness and swelling in her left elbow. TM would like to go after todays work shift to the Methodist Urgent Clinic on [REDACTED] For assessment and or treatment.
