THE COUPLING WAS STUCK ON BOTH SIDES SO HE PULLED THE ONE COUPLING WITH BOTH HANDS. HE DID NOT REMOVE THE PRESSURE PRIOR TO REMOVING THE COUPLING. THE END CAP THEN FLEW OFF AND STRUCK HIM IN THE RIGHT KNEE.
