[REDACTED] was grinding in the shop. While twisting he felt a pop in his back. He believed at the time that this was due to a non-work-related back condition he suffers from but later found out that he ruptured a disc. The physician states it is work related due to the twisting motion.

Due to the twisting and moving around in awkward positions his swollen disc ruptured.
