[REDACTED] had to use a different computer because the one at her press had shut off. So this is why she was walking to this computer.

Operator was going to make a label. She was almost at the computer when she slipped and fell on some resin on the floor. She fell on her left knee. I asked if she was ok. She stated that her knee was hurting but she was going to continue working the pain didn 't get any worse. Operator said she was going to her doctor in the morning to get it checked out.
