Before the incident
ATTACHING HOSE TO FITTING ON BLOWER 1302 PIPE
What happened
While attaching a 4 hose to the blower in the PD area the fittings came loose and struck an employee who was within one foot of the connection. The employee was struck on the bridge of the nose fortunately they were wearing their respirator. The force did cause a cut and bleeding.
