What happened
While using an air wand to clean out the suction side of the mill line employee stuck his hand inside the pipe. Employee placed his hand inside the suction pipe and the butterfly valve that is used to control suction volume pinched his middle finger between the sealing disc and the inside of the pipe. Employee felt a small pinch at the time but did not realize he had sustained an injury until [REDACTED].
