EE INDICATED: ON THE MORNING OF [REDACTED] I PARKED MY CAR IN THE EMPLOYEE PARKING LOT CLOSE TO THE MERCURY BLVD. ENTRANCE. I PROCEEDED TO WALK TO THE BACK ENTRANCE AROUND [REDACTED]. MY ATTIRE FOR THE DAY WAS A BLACK AND RED DRESS WITH A PAIR OF LOW-HEELED CLARK 'S SANDALS WHICH I NORMALLY WEAR DURING THE [REDACTED]. AS I STEPPED ONTO THE PAVEMENT I STUMBLED. THAT AREA OF THE PAVEMENT IS UNEVEN.
