What happened
WHILE IE WAS DRYING THE WINE GLASS SHE HELD THE STEM IN HER RIGHT HAND AND FORCEFULLY PUSHED A TOWEL INTO THE GLASS WITH HER LEFT HAND. THIS ACTION RESULTED IN THE STEM BREAKING AWAY FROM THE BOWL PORTION CAUSING THE STEM IN HER RIGHT HAND TO PUNCTURE HER LEFT ARM.
