What happened
Laser had a head collision around [REDACTED] head was wedged onto sheet from collision keeping employee from using panel to move the axis noticed sheet was raised up and the collision had knocked head loose from magnet ficture. Hit the e-stop on the panel and pushed back the roll top door on the top of the laser opened the door leaving it open then entered the laser and then Pushed the head out of the way laid down on their stomach because the laser bellows were in the way and noticed a bed spike slat was raised up and that two bolts of the four bolts holding the bracket in place that retains the bed spike slats had backed out and fallen down used a crowbar to knock the beds pike slat back into place started to screw the two loose bolts back into the bracket when I finished I sat up and scooted back to exit closed the roll top then Once I had exited the laser door I started to feel a dull pain in my backside and within a few minutes got worse.
