In Plant 2 machine department while setting up for a changeover a team member slipped and tripped on the stepping platform. This caused him to lose his footing and fall hitting his right knee on the sheet horses. The impact resulted in a laceration to his right knee. However the stepping platform didn 't have proper railing which may have contributed to the slip. Immediate first aid was administered and the team member was taken to the Beacon for further evaluation and treatment.
