Before the incident
Getting resident ready to get into bed.
What happened
The C.N.A. was assisting the lpn nurse and another C.N.A. put a resident to bed from her wheelchair. This was a bariatric resident with a large trapeze frame that went under her bed and the arm was over the top of the bed. They got the resident up in the air and over the top of her bed then had to push her backwards so she was centered in the bed. When doing this the EE she put one foot forward and one backward to brace herself before pushing the lady over to the center of bed and do to the awkward position she would up I was injured.
