Sitting talking to residents in dining room while waiting for breakfast trays to come out.
What happened
Assisting another cna readjust resident in wheelchair so that they were positioned correctly to eat breakfast. They each grabbed the corners of the sling that was under resident counted to 3 then pull up and back on the sling which slid resident back in wheelchair. Both cna 's heard a pop and the other one asked the employee who got injured what that noise was and she replied my shoulder.
