Sitting at north nurses station charting.
What happened
Heard cna calling for help in room N6 went in to assist and found resident sitting on edge of bed went in to help cna get resident into bed. Bent down and grabbed legs to swing them into bed and felt immediate pain on left side from mid back all the way down to left foot. Left back was feeling numb and EE felt like she was getting electrical pain shooting down into left buttock.
