Unhooking a trailer.

When he unhooked his trailer he failed to unhook one of the glad hands on the trailer deck. He pulled away from the trailer causing the line to stretch and break off. The tension on the air line caused the glad hand to projectile into the back window of the cab and hit him on the side of the forehead causing a laceration.
