Before the incident
EE states that she has been having pain and discomfort in her left hand wrist for 2-3 months. I reviewed the notebook in the Nurse 's Station and found that she had came in on [REDACTED] stating that she had been having pain for [REDACTED]. She received a non-rigid wrist support as well as Ibuprofen on that day. When asked about her visit to HSS that day [REDACTED] stated that this pain did not start that long ago.
