What happened
With 33 years of employment with Cargill I spent several hours a day on the phone using my shoulder to hold the receiver while typing on the computer. My neck has become very stiff and sore which caused pain doing nothing. Even while relaxing. It goes down into my upper back. I work 9-10 hours every day on a computer.
