EE REMOVING A CONTROL BOX FROM THE SUPERSTRUCTURE. THE GUN SWIVEL BIT WAS DEFECTIE AND AN ATTACHMENT SCREW GOT STUCK ENTANGLEING IT IN THE SWIVEL BIT AND PIERCED THROUGH THE EE GLOVE LACERATING HIS LEFT INDEX FINGER.
