Inserting parts into the machine.

Operator at [REDACTED]241009 had left thim caught in clamping die. Workstation designed with two-hand touch controls. Operator had an issue in the machine and requested support from a second operator. The machine is to be run by only one employee at a time. While two people were at the station the injured employee was demonstrating their issue the other person inadvertently activated the cycle of the machine pinching the employee 's left thumb in the clamping die.
