What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] while carrying out duties related to plant sump pump inspections the employee used a pry bar to lift the edge of the pit cover outside the north east corner of building 2. While reaching with his left arm and beginning to pick up one side of square metal cover a pop was felt in the employees left arm. Supervision was contacted regarding discomfort in his arm. As of [REDACTED] the employee is still off work pending follow up evaluation with orthopedic physician on [REDACTED].
