the employee was about to change out a broken shaft from a cookie machine because it broke.

the shaft that EE was holding slipped out of EE hand and the bearing slide down pinching EE hand in between the it and the frame of the machine. once the shaft was lifted EE was able to remove EE hand and thats when EE noticed it was cut.
