the roreman of the crew was working alowft on the utility pole that the ground worker was installing the ground wire. The foreman yelled in the hole before dropping a screw driver and failed to wait for a response from the ground worker before dropping the tool. the ground worker failed to move and was struck on the nose by the screw driver while lookin up.
