Employee stated that at around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] while cutting wire from a vehicle that he stepped into the vehicle to cut wire from center console and while doing so he twisted his knee as result of poor foot stance due to rusted floorboard. Employee finished shift without reporting incident to anyone including Chief or Manager. The [REDACTED] [REDACTED] the employee reported the incident to the Assistant Manager and stated his leg was swollen and that he was in pain. The Assistant manager was directed by the Safety Manager to call Work Care at which time Work Care requested a picture of employee 's leg
