Exiting her personal vehicle to meet with a client of FNRC.

She tripped and fell landing on her left shoulder while exiting her vehicle.

This fall resulted in a minor shoulder strain. She was restricted to not lift heavy objects for five days.

Investigation revealed that she did not trip over a particular item terrain or slippery surface. She simply tripped over herself. The hard ground is what caused the strain to her shoulder.

While leaving a meeting with her client she tripped in the parking lot and landed on her shoulder resulting in a slight sprain.
