What happened

On [REDACTED] during vehicle inspection EE noticed the roll up door on their end loader couldn 't latch. EE reported this issue but felt they needed to get on route for the early openers so they moved it around a bit and the roll up door seemed to be working fine. While out in the trade while parked at the [REDACTED] they tried to roll up their door(in order to open the door) and the door would not roll up. EE states the door felt as if it was jammed. As a fix the EE forced a side roller that controls the door off the tracks in order to be able to move the door. After forcing the roller off EE used a pushing motion to push the door closed and felt pain in their left shoulder after doing this. [REDACTED] EE felt continued pain and went to see the athletic trainer regarding the pain and how to better manage the injury.
