What happened
Operator was on mill 1 end line when he went to remove parts from the table. when doing so a part came out of the rotary and hit his left ring finger. He imedeatly grabbed his finger and went and told [REDACTED]. They inspected it and i appeared to not be very bad and they put a bandage on it. He was not wearing gloves when it was injured. the following night while working his finger was came open and started to bleed. he reported it to [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] took him to the ER where he recived 3 stitches
