Using a pair of pliers to pull tube out of Silon tube
What happened
While trying to remove tube that was knotted at the galfan pot. the employee turned on the galfan pump to loosen hardened alloy from the tube. They then proceeded to pull the tube out of the galfan pot with a pliers on the end of the Silon tube. The pliers slipped off the tube causing a ripple effect in the alloy that caused alloy to splash out of the pot and onto the operators hands and face.
