Driving Kegs

After EE 's designated shift EE was going to go to [REDACTED] (400 miles from the branch) for non-work related activities. EE stated that while on the drive up north they stopped to stretch their legs and while exiting the car they felt hip pain. EE stated they pulled over stretched it out and continued their trip northward. EE stated that [REDACTED] was a normal work day for them and did not do anything differently than usual. EE did not do anything strenuous over the weekend in hopes to rest the hip but pain continued on [REDACTED] and he reported injury then. After reporting of injury EE was removed from route in hopes this would help injury heal. After a week of being off the route EE still felt pain and we collectively agreed it was time to send EE to Concentra.
