What happened
EE was driving a forklift to plant 6 to drop off parts in shipping. The EE was passing another employee on a forklift when the other driver turned towards the EE forklift with the long forklift forks raised above normal driving position. The other forklift struck the EEs forklift with the end of forks causing significant damage to the EEs forklift.
