What happened
As employee was taking the surgery trash to the loading dock she went to pull the big blue bin out of the main door that goes to the trash compactor and as she pulled it through the door a bag of trash got stuck to the door frame and as the bin stopped moving she went forward not knowing it was stuck and it pulled her shoulder back and brought her pain that is still ongoing now.
