What happened
[REDACTED] was catching boards (303041D) on [REDACTED] one board got stuck on the cross transfer so [REDACTED] reached in to grab the stuck board. The stuck board was turned diagonally on the cross transfer table. Unfortunately another board came on top of the board he was grabbing and struck his middle finger amputating the tip. These boards come out of the machine approximately every 5 seconds.
