Setting vehicles in display yard

TM was assisting with the vehicle setting process on [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED]. He attempted to move a wheel stand under a car as is standard practice for displaying the cars in the retail yard. The standard practice for moving these wheelstands is to roll them as they weigh between 30-40 pounds depending on size of the wheels used. [REDACTED] later told the MOD that he was rolling the stand under the car but “needed to lift it in order to get it around the forklift forks”. He says he felt some pain after doing this but did not think much of it. When he attempted to move a second wheel stand he felt more significant pain in his lower back

Pain numbness tingling to Back; pinched nerve

Improper lifting poor ergonomics of lifting Wheel Stand
