What happened
The employee was positioned incorrectly on the ladder and was trying to reposition a heavy cover panel. While the employee was tugging and lifting the panel the ladder became unstable and shifted from underneath the employee. The employee fell and they landed on the ground resulting in a fracture to their left wrist and damage to the medial meniscal .
