What happened
I was helping one of my coworkers load a 18 ' 130lbs piece of metal. When he turned the metal to place it in the track to get it in the truck. He dropped it as he was turning it and the full 130lbs ended up being held up by my right hand and it turned as it fell so my right wrist hyperextended and twisted with the metal as I was not able to let go quick enough. I instantly had pain in my right wrist.
