Vehicle #1 a red [REDACTED] Ford [REDACTED] driven by [REDACTED] collided with the rear of Vehicle #2 a [REDACTED] Nissan [REDACTED] driven by [REDACTED] causing it to hit the MTM vehicle (Vehicle #3) which was already in standstill traffic. Despite the MTM vehicle having a car length space between it and the car in front the impact caused it to rear-end Vehicle #4 - a [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] driven by [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] the operator of Vehicle #1 claimed that his trailer brakes failed causing him to hit Vehicle #2. The [REDACTED] vehicle was disabled and had to be towed. One passenger in the car that was hit by the [REDACTED] vehicle ([REDACTED]- Vehicle #4) was injured and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. Both [REDACTED] employees ([REDACTED] and [REDACTED]) will also be seeking medical attention. [REDACTED] reported injuries to her left side left shoulder and arm lower back and experiencing a headache while [REDACTED] reported injuries to her left knee ches
