Employee was moving a ladder into the work area

A second employee was moving a muffle base into position with a crane and moved the base toward the injured employee. The injured employee dropped the ladder and attempted to get out of the way. The ladder fell and the foot of the ladder caught the injured employee in the leg lacerating his shin.
