What happened
[REDACTED] was using skid steer to move 2x4 form lumber to the crew location. During transport the 2x4 started failing from bucket. When [REDACTED] stopped to reposition the forms with his right hand. [REDACTED] by accident moved the lever causing bucket move in an upward motion. The movement caused forms to crushing his ring finger.
